RoNCC Connect: Bringing the Community Together around HPC, AI & QC

We are pleased to invite you to RoNCC Connect, a one-day community and innovation event marking the culmination of three years of work within the EuroCC project.

RoNCC Connect brings together researchers, industry partners, start-ups, collaborators, policymakers, and investors to reflect on achieved results, showcase real-world use cases, and explore future collaboration opportunities enabled by High-Performance Computing (HPC), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Quantum Computing (QC).

Designed as a journey from research to impact, the event opens with an overview of the RoNCC project’s vision and key achievements, highlighting how the advanced computing infrastructure, expertise, and services provided by ICI Bucharest have supported scientific excellence, innovation, and ecosystem development over the past three years.

Building on this foundation, RoNCC collaborators and users will present concrete use cases, demonstrating how access to HPC, AI, and emerging quantum technologies has translated into practical solutions across research and industry. These sessions emphasize applied results, collaboration, and knowledge exchange within the RoNCC community.

A dedicated innovation pitch session, hosted by ICI Bucharest, will provide an open forum for start-ups and innovation teams to present ideas, products, or services with potential for collaboration, joint funding, and integration with future AI Factory services. This session aims to connect innovation and infrastructure by bringing together technology providers, researchers, and investors interested in scaling solutions through advanced computing.

The event will conclude with an informal networking session, encouraging open dialogue, new partnerships, and stronger ties across research, industry, start-ups, and the broader European innovation ecosystem.

RoNCC Connect is both a celebration of past achievements and a forward-looking platform to bring the community together and shape the next phase of collaboration around HPC, AI, and QC, while laying the groundwork for the emerging AI Factory ecosystem.
